By accessing and ordering project services from Glasgow Graphics, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to being subject to and bound by the terms and conditions of use in this agreement. Glasgow Graphics reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions ever so often.
Use of Images, Texts, and Other Materials
By submitting images, text, or other materials to Glasgow Graphics for use in your design projects, you are guaranteeing that all images, text, and materials are completely under your ownership, free of plagiarism, or otherwise purchased and owned through the correct licensing granting the rights of using the images, text, or materials in your project. Glasgow Graphics thus does not carry any liabilities for any images, text, or materials given by the client.
Images, text, and other materials provided by Glasgow Graphics will solely be created originally by Glasgow Graphics or purchased through proper licensing. Any additional time or purchase costs of images or other materials will be billed to the client at exact price of purchase.
Project Specifications & Quotes
A project agreement laying out all project specifications and quote will be created and signed at the beginning of each design project. All projects' included specifications and quotes will remain constant according to date of agreement. In the occurrence of added or eliminated specifications the original quote will be adjusted accordingly and you will receive written notification of the adjustment and an additional agreement to confirm your acknowledgement and agreement with the changes to the project specs and quote. All agreements must be signed and returned before further work will be made.
All design project packages offered through Glasgow Graphics include all and only the specifications listed on this site, located on corresponding package pages and their detailed order/inquiry forms. Any alterations requested by the client will adjust the package quote accordingly and you, the client, will be notified of the quote adjustment and provided with an agreement of the changes. Again, all agreements must be signed and returned before further work will be made.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal and check by delivery or mail. PayPal payments must have a confirmed email address. All transactions are in U.S. dollars only.
A 30% down-payment, of the full quote given in the original project agreement, must be successfully paid immediately following successfully delivery of the first round of comp designs made by Glasgow Graphics to the client. No further work will be continued until the down-payment is received.
Final payment of the full quote, minus the initial 30% down-payment, is due promptly once Glasgow Graphics has delivered the completed project with all of the original project specifications, plus any agreed changes made through additional agreements. Any further changes, updates, or other alterations will thus initiate a separate quote and transaction.
Project Timeline and Deadline Dates
Glasgow Graphics adheres to all specified deadlines set in the project agreement and lays out a timeline schedule for meeting the agreed deadline. This adhesion is reliant on timely submission of project materials, feedback, and other content needed from the client for Glasgow Graphics to continue productively with the project. Delayed submission of project materials, feedback, and other needed content from the client will set back the specified deadline by the equal time deficit incurred.
Privacy Policy
Glasgow Graphics is committed to the security and privacy of your personal information. Information you provide is solely used for project development, maintenance, and consented transactions only and never transferred to any third party entities without your written permission.
